The Resident is a upcoming thriller film starring Hilary Swank, Jeffrey Dean Morganand Christopher Lee. Pretty young doctor Juliet Dermer (Swank) moves to Brooklyn after separating with her husband; settling into a new life in a stunning and spacious loft apartment that seems too good to be true. She soon suspects that she may not be alone, and that Max (Morgan), her seemingly charming landlord, has formed a frightening obsession with her.
